Pay by credit card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Carte Bleue, Visa Electron.

To proceed with the payment please indicate:

- The name of the holder of the credit card

- The number of the credit card

- Expiry date

- The visual cryptogram that corresponds to the 3 or 4 digits located on the back of the card.

Your account is debited instantly at the time of payment.

Pomme Cannelle uses the stripe secure credit card payment solution.

Stripe guarantees the security of your online payment thanks to an encrypted transaction space and the 3DSecure protocol. Your credit card number is verified and protected by Stripe and not known by Pomme Cannelle.

To save you time, you can save your credit card details for your next visit. You can also change your credit card details at any time.

You have entered your credit card details but your order has not been validated?

This means that your order has not been registered and your bank account has not been debited. In this case, please try again later. If the problem persists, we advise you to contact your banking institution directly.

Pay for my order with PayPal

PayPal offers you the possibility to simply pay with your PayPal account or directly by credit card (without account or registration beforehand).

By selecting the payment via PayPal, you will be redirected to a PayPal page at the end of the ordering process.

If you are already a customer PayPal, you can connect to it with your user data and make the payment.

If you are not yet a customer PayPal, simply click on "Open an account". You will then have the choice between "Pay by credit card" (without registration) or "Open your account PayPal". Then fill in your contact details according to your choice. And finally, click on "Accept and pay" to finalize your payment process.

Your payment will be taken into account immediately.

If you proceed with the settlement with PayPal, please note that you accept the terms and conditions of use of PayPal.

Pay with Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is one of the payment methods accepted on our site. To use it, simply click on the Amazon Pay button or logo. Then enter your Amazon email address and password, and select your payment method.

If you make the payment with Amazon Pay, please note that you agree to the Amazon Pay Terms and Conditions of Use.

Pay with Apple Pay

If this option is available in your country, you will then find on the payment page the Apple Pay tab allowing you to place an order through your account using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express card.

For Mac computers, the Apple Pay payment option is only available using Safari on a Mac OS operating system.

You can then validate your order with your fingerprint or by entering the unlock code of your phone. An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as it has been validated.

Pay with Google Pay

This payment method is only accessible on our mobile site from the Google Chrome browser only.

When you see the "Google Pay" button at the time of payment, it means that you can pay quickly with a card that you have registered in Google Pay.

If prompted, select a payment method and enter your shipping address.

You can then proceed to the confirmation of your order.

Pay with Our E-Gift Card

You also have the option to enter the code of your Gift Card during the ordering process in the field "Do you have a discount voucher?" And click "Ok".

If the code entry is correct, the amount of the gift voucher will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
